Ability Avenues is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to support our EIDBI program for children with autism and related conditions. Working under our lead clinical supervisor, you will provide hands-on clinical support, coach staff, work with families, and help keep daily clinic operations organized.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person observation and direction within your scope of practice.
- Deliver family and caregiver training.
- Coach behavior technicians and support consistent implementation of treatment plans.
- Review client progress and collaborate with our lead clinical supervisor on treatment updates.
- Support staff onboarding, clinical documentation, supervision scheduling, and clinic administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota licensure as an LBA, LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
- Meet Minnesota DHS requirements for an EIDBI Qualified Supervising Professional, including documented experience and training with autism or related conditions.
- Enrolled or eligible to enroll with Minnesota Health Care Programs as a QSP.
- Strong communication, organization, and staff coaching skills.
Preferred: BCBA certification with active Minnesota LBA licensure and experience providing EIDBI services.
Schedule and Benefits
- Part-time, hybrid schedule with in-center attendance required four days per week.

Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
